When a potential man come up to you, do you likely to act cool? In fact, many women do. They acted cool and later wonder why the man doesn’t call. They (women) are even confused when women who are not deemed to be pretty are getting all the attention from the men. The cool and pretty women just ended up making a few more male “friends”. “Cool” means you try to project the image of being friendly, casual and not interested in the man even though the man potentiallycan be a good partner.

In actual fact, pretending to be cool and coy doesn’t make men attracted to you. Doing so would only make him think that you’re not really interested in him (Man can be very slow sometimes). So what would he think then if after this casual meeting you give him your number and expect him to call? Right! He’ll think you’re one of those desperate women who rush into the first relationship that comes their way.

First impressions are important. So if during the first meeting you play it cool, he may think that you’re not interested, tired, or simply cold. If you do this with every man that comes along, then you’re basically cut off the oportunity for a new relationship.

If you are one of the cool women and you are longing for a good relationship in 2009, this is a perfect time to start a new plan. When you meet your Mr. Right, put your best foot forward. Talk to him warmly as if he was the most interesting guy in the world. Be truly interested in who he is as a person, and try to have as much fun as you can – but don’t fake it.

However, this won’t guarantee a 100% success when it comes to men. Four out of five new guys probably won’t be interesting or fun. They may not even be single and interested in having a new relationship. But still, one out of five isn’t bad at all. At least you’re not turning off every single one you talk to! Who knows, this one guy might enjoy your company enough to ask for your number himself.

So now you know why some women who aren’t as smart or beautiful as you still able to attract men to call them and keep in touch all the time. When they meet a good guy, they have fun and show they’re interested in him, and they don’t try to play it cool.

Remember, though, that you shouldn’t try to control him – don’t even think of trying to change him….his mannerisms, his thoughts, or his feelings. He isn’t the issue here – you are. You can try to fuss and sweet talk him into it, but you can never convince him to love you if he doesn’t see that you are the right person for him.
