Yesterday, I came to know more about the photo of the man who carried his wife dead body on the motorcycle after the 512 Sichuan earthquake. In my previous post title His Love To His Wife, I mentioned that the man who use his motorcycle to carry his wife’s dead body to the nearby mortuary. In fact, that was not the true story. But his love to his wife is true. It is suppose to be like this…

The man, Mr. Wu had just had his lunch with his wife on 12 May. Mrs Wu wanted to go to the town to charge her handphone (god know why one need to go to the town area to get her handphone charged). There she separated with Mr Wu who went home then. After the earthquake which struck Sichuan at 2.28pm, Mr Wu who was escape unscratched, rush to the town centre to look for Mrs Wu. To his disappointment, Mr Wu found his wife’s body under the rubble of a collapsed structure. With the help of the police presented there, Mrs Wu’s body was safely tied to Mr.Wu.s body on the motorcycle. That was the normal position Mrs Wu had as a pillion rider. She normally talk to Mr. Wu when Mr Wu fetched her but that day, Mrs Wu could no longer talk. Mr Wu carried a cold and silent body of his wife.

He took his wife body home and buried her body at his house front yard as he wants to see his wife everyday.
