Couples often go through the dilemma of what they should do after their first date. Usually there are three answers you are expecting a yes, a no or a maybe. But sometimes you are extremely affirmative that the other person would call you or they wouldn’t. but make sure you do not ruin your self esteem. Waiting a day or two is never a big deal.

I understand you are anxious and want to know the answer right away, but hold your horses. If you know you guys had a great time together, you clicked then you should think optimistically. For guys if they know their date went well they won’t be too scared to take chances. If they liked you, then do not worry you should be getting a call the next morning or at least a day later. If a guy knows that he didn’t like you or thought you were a complete freak, even if you call him the tone of his voice would suggest the no in his answer. If he tries to talk about other random stuff, tells you he is very busy or any other thing. You should know that he is not interested in meeting up for the second time. Make sure you are very polite when your date drops you off.

If you are interested in them, tell them you had a great night, and hope to see them soon. Try to give them a green signal, but do not go overboard either. If you were completely bugged by them and there is no way you would ever want to meet them again then be polite, tell them thank you, and avoid a kiss, and say bye.

It is often hard saying no to people, but you need to understand that finding yourself the right partner is essential. You do not want to date anybody thinking it doesn’t’ matter, because it surely does. Be careful do not be scared, be optimistic and take your chances. If you hear a no a couple of times that does not mean something is lacking in you it is only that you haven’t met the right person yet. meeting new people should be exciting to you, so play along and have fun
