Affairs can be hard for everyone involved. You may have built a trusting relationship with your lover. Nevertheless, in just one silly action, the trust has been completely broken and things changed. So let’s look at ways to try and move past an affair.First, forget the affair. talk is cheap. Hence, start with trying to manage the amount of time you think of the affair. There are times you should think about what happened, and there are times you shouldn’t. If you feel depressed about it and you want to talk to someone  about what happened, then go for it! It is good to voice it out and let your feelings out to your family and friends. However, you don’t want to do this too much. If you keep thinking about the affair, it’s going to really affect your mood. Try and understand that it’s ok to feel the way you do, and specifically make time to discuss how you feel with family and friends. But don’t let the thoughts and emotion control you.

Try changing your environment. If your partner just had an affair, don’t leave all the photos up you have of them. Get rid of (or hide) anything that reminds you of that person. You don’t need the constant reminders. You need to be able to walk around your home without being reminded of what happened.

Have a night out with your friends! If you don’t have a lot of money,do something that is not costing too much money. A simple night of pubbing with your friends can be a lot of help. When you are having fun with your friends, it is time you spend forgetting about the affairs. Get out of the house night after night! It won’t help, believe me.

Try and look at any positives at all that you can find from the relationship. For instance, what have you learned? Surely in the entire relationship there must have been something you learned. So what all did you learn? What are some ways the relationship may have helped you? Did you get over certain fears thanks to your partner? Did you become more confident? Etc. Write down the good things from the relationship. Just because it ended badly doesn’t mean you can’t take anything from it to help in future relationships. Remember, it’s only a mistake if you don’t learn from it.

Lastly, although you may have overcome this step, but if the partner wants to try and make the relationship work, think about it. Now, I’m not saying you should forgive them. But this is something you need to think about. Can you  truly forgive your partner for doing this to you? Do you feel the relationship can truly ever work again? Or are you just too angry at them that you can’t ever forgive them?  Think about this and make a decision. If you want to move on, then start applying some of these tips. If you want to make it work however and you are married, then consider marriage counseling.

I don’t know about you but I’m not a big fan of Valentine’s. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been known to get romantic – but I much rather celebrate a day which is special for me and my partner than get caught up in the commercial hype , especially when there is no in between. On the 14th of February you are either in or you’re out.When I’m in a relationship the pressure is on….flowers, stuffed animals and overpriced restaurants, you have to book months in advance.

When I’m single it’s even worse. Everything around me is a reminder that I’m flying solo and even though it’s not a big deal on any other day, it haunts me. I start pacing, resembling something like a caged lion….back and forth between my computer and front door, hoping for at least one card that’s not sent by my mum.

Regardless, the anticipation of getting a Valentine is still there.

4. Keep the programs running in the background at all times.
5. Use common sense

Have you not gotten any date lately? Hate to look at yourself in the mirror? Are you not having the ideal figure that you are dreaming of? The weight that you have lost few months ago comes back again?

Well, you cannot change your shape overnight; neither can you change how you look even though in long run, unless you go for plastic surgery.

We are what we eat. So do the best you can do for yourself, watch your diet. Be patient because it takes time.

1. Make sure you eat something for breakfast (Before 9am). Refrain from skipping breakfast as it is a bad weight-loss plan.
2. Increase intake on fruits and vegetables. Not only that, you must eat them raw and eat them first when you feel hungry because this ensure your body absorb the nutrient efficiently. Ideally, eat them half an hour before your proper meal. Eat fried food last, ha ha! Mc Donald hates me.
3. Needless to mention, cut out meat based dishes.
4. Humans made of water. Don’t miss that; take at least eight glasses a day. Don’t mind the frequent trips to the loo. One small tip to share, in order to make it convenient for you to drink, put the water bottle within your reach. Hence, no reason for not drinking.
5. Move your body at least 20 min a day.
6. Don’t eat after 10pm. Your body needs to rest also.
7. Go to bed early so as to allow your body to have enough rest. A person who did not get enough sleep will never look good.

You will like to look into the mirror in 2 months time and you will be more confidence when dating. Most importantly, keep it up. If it is not for dating, it is for your own health. Good luck!

Your impression of your greatly affects every part of your outward presentation. 2. Great attitude matter- If you think that you are great, then you are. What you think about yourself determines how you act; how you act determine how you feel. All these affect you life. You must be positive and confidence about your outlook. Changing your attitude changes your vibe, which changes your response from men.

3. Courage to act- Be mentally strong to withstand rejection. Therefore, dare to step outside your comfort zone to take up the challenge. The worst that can happen is rejection, and you have already been there, done that and survived.

4. Absolute confidence- You can look confident before you feel confident, just fake it in the beginning. You will be real confident soon. Confident women can be shy and modest too! But men love shy and well-mannered ladies just as much as outgoing women.

5. Compelling- Brave to recognise your weaknesses and dedicate to overcome them. Compelling women are definitely different, creative, and not afraid to show their spunk.

6. Covert- Covert women love to flirt, anytime, anywhere, just by looking any appealing man right in the eye. Look up, scan the room, zero in, and make the contact. Covert women know how to pursue a man so discreetly that he thinks he is the one making the pursuit! She chases him until he catches her.

“I Love You” & “I’ m In Love With You” Is there a difference?
I don’t remember where I picked this thing up. But It just strikes my mind again today…Is there a different?

Being a person who learnt English as second language, I don’t see a different between the two in the beginning. To me, it was just different phrase to express your love to someone.
Come to think of it the second time, it can mean different thing depends on how you use it. “I love you” can be used in romantic way but you can also love other people just not in romantic way. For instance, you can love your friends but you’re not “in” love with them. You can say “I love you” to anything, your wife, your uncle, your mum or your pet but you will not say “I’ m in love with you”.

“In love with you” is more intense and only shows romantic feelings. So when someone says they are in love with you. It’s a whole deeper meaning… not something that would be used on a more casual basis.

The word love is tossed around so much that when it’s said to you personally, or you say it to someone you need to mean it. I love pizza, I love that dress etc. See…it’s just too easy to say you love something.

If you are too shy to meet up with women, here could be the solution. In June 2008, Sega Toys introduced the Eternal Maiden Actualization (EMA) robot. The curvy, feminine-looking android is 15 inches tall and can plant kisses on humans. Sega officials say EMA can “act like a real girlfriend.

This prompted me to think further. How long more will it take to see a 100% human like look and feel “robot”? Technology has advanced enough to satisfy our need for love and sex, we finally see the fantasy become a reality with the release of this robotic girlfriend. Is this what we want for our future? If the technology advancement makes the robots totally human like, there will a day that we see more human having a robotic partners rather than real human being.

The good things are more peoples will live happily because they can choose and “programme” their ideal partner the way they like. The introvert men don’t have to worry about no partner. The robots will be able to perform anything from housework to satisfying your sexual needs (And they don’t complain, I assume…). There will be no worry about food shortages since these peoples don’t eat like we do.

On the other hand, these phenomena will cause reduction in the world’s population. There will also be the day when human being ruled by robots as the number of real human will become too little to command. There will be a day when we don’t know whether the person we meet is a real one or robot (robot may also pick up one bad habit from the human being, lyingJ)

The EMA robot will go on sale in September for around $175 and will be targeted towards lonely adult men. Sega is hoping to sell over 10,000 units in the first year.

Using her infrared sensors and battery power, the EMA enters into a sort of “love mode” and will pucker up to kiss any nearby human heads. She can also walk and dance when in the presence of another human being. For the moment, this is what she can do but expect more from the future version of robotic girlfriend.

Yesterday, I came to know more about the photo of the man who carried his wife dead body on the motorcycle after the 512 Sichuan earthquake. In my previous post title His Love To His Wife, I mentioned that the man who use his motorcycle to carry his wife’s dead body to the nearby mortuary. In fact, that was not the true story. But his love to his wife is true. It is suppose to be like this…

The man, Mr. Wu had just had his lunch with his wife on 12 May. Mrs Wu wanted to go to the town to charge her handphone (god know why one need to go to the town area to get her handphone charged). There she separated with Mr Wu who went home then. After the earthquake which struck Sichuan at 2.28pm, Mr Wu who was escape unscratched, rush to the town centre to look for Mrs Wu. To his disappointment, Mr Wu found his wife’s body under the rubble of a collapsed structure. With the help of the police presented there, Mrs Wu’s body was safely tied to Mr.Wu.s body on the motorcycle. That was the normal position Mrs Wu had as a pillion rider. She normally talk to Mr. Wu when Mr Wu fetched her but that day, Mrs Wu could no longer talk. Mr Wu carried a cold and silent body of his wife.

He took his wife body home and buried her body at his house front yard as he wants to see his wife everyday.

The 512 earthquake in Sichuan, China has destroyed many families and separated many peoples from their love ones. I am sadden to see that many children have lost their parents and parents have lost their children. Not to mention also wife who lost her husband and vise versa. It is just too devastating.

Among all the photos that I came across, I’m quite touch with this one. The photo shows a man tried to use his motorcycle to carry his wife’s dead body to the nearby mortuary. Reason being, he did not want his wife body to be exposed under that kind of condition in the ruin city. This is maybe his last chance to show his care and love to his wife.

I salute this man and hope that the journey was a smooth one.

I hope that the Sichuan peoples can recover as soon as possible in order to face the challenges ahead of them.
